The full process ensures that we fully understand the client’s context, have clearly identified and described the problem that the client wants to solve, can develop and refine the appropriate solution, before developing a plan for how that solution will be implemented.
We will then support the client through execution, with a final period of assessment, review and refinement, which will provide the client with a plan to continue the work past the end of our engagement.
