Our day-long workshops are designed with senior leaders' needs in mind: They are strategic, include only the most important established frameworks and models, and are highly interactive so you get to practice what you're learning on the day.
When given online, we do not allow AI assistants and nor do we record the sessions, so your managers can be frank about the problems they are facing knowing that they are in a safe space amongst their peers. All workshops can be tailored to your company's needs, and those of your managers.
We also work with membership organisations such as trade groups, learned societies and associations to provide training for their members.

Becoming a New Manager
For employees on a managerial track or who have just been promoted.
This course will equip new managers with the tools they need to switch from being managed to being a manager. It will teach them how to successfully plan and deliver projects, how to work across teams, prioritise and delegate efficiently, and how to complete a project on time and on budget. Participants will also learn how to deal with challenging situations, such as managing people who were once your colleagues and who perhaps had also wanted to rise through the ranks of management.

This course will teach participants how to evaluate their own business’s culture, how to assess which changes are required and how to design and implement those changes successfully and sustainably. They will learn how to spot backsliding and change fade, how to assess its severity and impact, and how to mitigate against it.
